AI is not a tool we bolted onto an existing process — we rebuilt our delivery pipeline around it. Since February 2026 our whole team works agentically: story, planning, implementation, tests, review. Production code is written almost entirely by agents. We decide what gets built, in which architecture and under which conventions — and we stay accountable for what lands in the codebase.
Humans orchestrate, agents execute. Every change passes the CI gates, human review is mandatory, and nothing merges without a senior engineer's approval.
Compound engineering. Every problem we solve flows back into the system — as a convention, an executable rule, a documented decision that the agents apply by themselves next time. A mistake is not "kept in mind" for the next round, it becomes a rule that prevents it. Project knowledge lives in the repository instead of in people's heads: versioned, reviewable and immediately effective for everyone on the team, human or agent. The practical effect is that projects get faster the longer they run, not slower.
Our tool of choice today is Claude Code, in engineering as well as in a good part of our admin work. Tooling moves fast, so our choice may change — what does not is that we rule out services which use our inputs as training data.
We contribute our improvements to the tools we rely on, while also maintaining our own open-source projects, take a look at our public repositories.
