🎯 What: This PR addresses the testing gap for the buildBadge pure function in functions/api/gap-badge.js. Since it is an isolated utility that generates an SVG, it's a great candidate for unit tests to ensure no future regressions on the visual badge generation.

📊 Coverage: The new test suite covers:

  • Core SVG generation ensuring valid structure and presence of expected values.
  • Dynamic width calculations based on the provided label and value string lengths.
  • HTML entity escaping logic to prevent XML injection or rendering issues when characters like <, >, or & are used.
  • Accessibility attributes generation (like aria-label and <title>).

Result: Test coverage for this key visual utility has improved from 0% to 100%, and the test setup using vitest is now available for further test implementations across the codebase.
