Removes public admin chat entry points from the LuisCore maintenance ("temporarily rebuilding") page so visitors during deploy cycles are not directed to

The live site currently serves this HTML from nginx during 502 cycles. After merge, copy
deploy/maintenance.htmlto the server nginx error page path to apply on production.
