[FEATURE] Switch to a tab instead of opening one if already opened in the background

### Problem Statement

When I, for example, have Downloads folder already opened in one of my background tabs, pressing the "show in folder" button in my web browser downloads pane triggers opening a new Downloads folder. 

### Proposed Solution

Would be nice if there were an option to switch to the already opened Downloads folder instead.
