Problem Statement

I am a PRO member and have been using this software for 6 years. I have long expected the tab lock feature. When right-clicking a tab and selecting Lock, the tab cannot be closed. It will not switch to another window when clicking other folders. Instead, it stays on its current file path with no redirection. The locked tab remains fixed and will not close or redirect until we right-click to unlock it.

What should happen when you doubleclick a folder in locked tab?

Many similar software programs will open a new folder when you double-click. What I want is no navigation at all — the locked tab stays on its current folder path.
Lock features in other tools only prevent tabs from being closed. My desired lock function should do more: not only block closing, but also block any path navigation. This way I can pin several folders for long-running work without them switching unexpectedly.

Display a lock icon on the far right of the tab to indicate that the tab is locked. Once you click this lock icon or right-click to unlock, you will then be able to close the tab.
