v1.62.0

🧱 New component testing model

Component testing moves to a stories and galleries model. A story wraps your component in one specific scenario — hard-coded props, mock data, providers — and a gallery page that you serve renders stories on demand. The new fixtures.mount() fixture navigates to the gallery, mounts a story by id, and returns a Locator scoped to the story's root element:

Most operations and web-first assertions now accept a signal option that takes an AbortSignal, letting you cancel long-running actions, navigations, waits, and assertions:

Holding this one — merging it alone would re-break lint.

It takes eslint 9 → 10 and eslint-config-next 15 → 16 while next stays on 15 (that's in the production group, PR #166). That exact half-upgrade already landed once as #161 and left lint unrunnable: eslint 10 removed the eslintrc API that next lint from next 15 still drives, so it failed with Unknown options: useEslintrc, extensions… before reading a single file. It had to be pinned back in #168.

Root cause is structural, not dependabot's fault: next is a production dependency and eslint-config-next is a development one, so grouping by dependency-type guarantees they land in separate PRs that can't pass independently. Fixed in #169 by grouping the trio (next, eslint, eslint-config-next) so they always move together.

Once #169 is in, dependabot will regenerate this as a single coherent PR. Closing in favour of that.

The non-coupled bumps here (@playwright/test, @tailwindcss/postcss, @vitest/coverage-v8) are all patch/minor and will come back in the next development-group PR.
