I updated the text. Currently we don't have a license file for the logo. If it is needed we have to ask our lawyers, what would be the best solution.

Other hosting providers were added before REUSE was introduced, so they simply lack that information and will get updated at the next chance.

You’ve updated hostsharing-logo.svg.license correctly. The only thing left to do is what was mentioned in this comment: create a new file at /LICENSES/LicenseRef-HostsharingLogo.txt (see: https://github.com/juh2/matrix.org/tree/juh2-patch-1/LICENSES) which contains the license text itself, which would be (as you stated earlier):

The Hostsharing Logo is part of the Corporate Identity of Hostsharing eG and may not be used outside of the context of the website matrix.org without permission.

We've taken the initiative and have added the required /LICENSES/LicenseRef-HostsharingLogo.txt file for you. See: d7640ea.
