setup_project.shrenamed/api/app/but not the relative smoke paths in.github/workflows/docs.yml(api/app/index.html,api/app/main/index.html), so a new project's docs build failed its smoke test (seen in max-models/beamtracer#1). The rule now matchesapi/app/, which covers both spellings. Checked withbash setup_project.sh my-simon a copy: every docs link and smoke path points toapi/my_sim/.
