Qualified archive intake (co2308r)

  • Vendor release's original SDK729b5391 archive (includes SDK819 factory merge19bdeee1 and SDK827 provider-receipt helpers); update both SDK file dependencies/provenance/lock/docs only.
  • Source 729b5391f9e8e8c192d93a7112324ce65078d106; tar SHA256 fad2206e0a744ac5e801917831ee580ccbd2cf09df8bd4b3bd58bc76632bbeca. Original 747127-byte archive, SHA512 and all 275 members independently verified; vendor copy byte-identical.
  • Removed package-manager-generated unrelated latest-dependency churn before rerunning all checks. Final lock is literally the committed lock with only SDK locator/integrity substitutions.

Author checks

Node22.23.3/pnpm10.7.0: frozen install, whole pnpm check (strict lint/format/architecture/all workspace types/tests, Reader421+26 scripts, Connect162, extension169), build, production extension manifest generation, diff check PASS. Generated extension manifest byte-unchanged.

Source checks find no existing consumer API/type regression. Public factory exports are present; this pin does not wire them into the app. Native factory/producer ABI/browser/custody acceptance and per-app composition still require qualified inputs. Defaults/runtime/trust unchanged; no LAB refresh or deployment. Coordinator merges to NEXT on green CI; no review request under co2205.
