整个服务配置文件

感觉现在全是环境变量各种配置不集中,弄个服务配置文件启动指定加载. server --config /your/path/name

the goal is to have all settings be stored in the settings postgresql table so it can be edited by the web-ui. the only required settings are:

• BIND_ADDRESS env variable
• DATABASE_URL env variable

we could probably make BIND_ADDRESS optional and just bind to a pre-defined url but DATABASE_URL stays required.

is that fine or do you have an actual need for a config file? if yes, what would you like to see in the config file, just the required env variables or also all settings that we currently have in the database?
