Summary

  • add the signed, cross-process Inbox Spec authoring workflow and lifecycle
  • expose strict CLI capabilities, static schema resolution, and close direct Wiki Spec-write bypasses
  • add authenticated Hub Inbox APIs and an accessible review UI
  • add deterministic release fixtures, readiness checks, browser coverage, and Inbox performance candidates

Validation

  • typecheck, build, focused and full Hub-web suites green
  • Inbox E2E: 39/39 green across accessibility, keyboard, responsive, exact-origin, idle, and nonmutation checks
  • packed Hub and CLI smoke tests green
  • checkpoint policy green

Calibration

The first pinned Ubuntu release-performance run is expected to identify only the new Inbox asset/API/heap budget leaves. Those values will be copied from the retained report with the established headroom formulas in a follow-up commit; all pre-E budgets remain frozen.
