feat!: db-kit 2.0.0 — remove the GraphQL layer - #8

…tics/api) BREAKING CHANGE: the ./graphql export, src/graphql and the graphql / @graphql-tools/schema peer dependencies are removed. The API lives in mgpl-diagnostics/api.
