What and why
Moves the QC stamp in the Navy Sidebar design from beside the signature to the bottom centre of the content column, centred under "End of Report" in the signature band.
The position comes from
SB_SIGN.qcinsrc/server/sidebar/layout.ts, so HTML and PDF, header and non-header all move together. The classic design (a replica of the lab's Word files) is unchanged.Screenshots
