[feature request]: create audit script that checks if ghas's are resolved

To help speed up maintainance it would be good if we had a script that checks if a ghsa is resolved or not.

1. create a simple script that takes a ghsa and re-run npm run audit

Why do we need it?

Easier to keep up with old ghsa's.
