…ters in the persona name preg_match with /u returns false on malformed UTF-8, which the === 1 checks read as a pass, so one stray byte let markup and a vendor name through. Encoding is now checked first, the plain-text check runs on the raw value and covers Unicode line separators, and a provider name is bounded by any non letter or digit.

What: tracker for the live-interview-call-chrome change, api side: competency progress extraction, interview outline endpoint, primary_index on the utterance endpoint, persona display name rule/writes/import/exposure and review follow-ups.
Checks: each slice passed Pest and a native review (approved, acknowledged) before merging into the tracker. Slices a1 and a2 carry size:exception (tests dominate, owner approved).
