Documents changes from microsoft/aspire#20721

@mitchdenny

Target branch

Targeting release/17.0 based on the source PR milestone 17.0 (exact match on microsoft/aspire.dev).

Why this is needed

microsoft/aspire#20721 upgrades the dashboard's web terminal and all Hex1b NuGet/npm/tool packages from 0.171.0 to 0.172.0. The PR body's "User-facing usage" section describes a visible behavior change: the overlay scrollbar now draws circular command-history markers that are displaced beside the thumb instead of overlapping it, uses palette-derived track/thumb colors, and retains command marks for the lifetime of their backing scrollback text instead of evicting them after 200 entries. This is a user-facing behavior change to the already-documented dashboard terminal feature, so the public docs site needed an update.

What changed

  • src/frontend/src/content/docs/dashboard/terminals.mdx: added a new "Browse command history with the scrollbar" section describing the circular command markers, marker displacement near the thumb, palette-derived scrollbar colors, and the updated command-mark retention behavior.

Pages updated

  • Updated existing page: dashboard/terminals.mdx (no new pages created).

Add a section to the dashboard terminals guide describing the updated
overlay scrollbar's circular command-history markers, marker
displacement around the thumb, and the retained-text-based command
mark lifetime introduced by the Hex1b 0.172.0 upgrade.
