• containerd 2.3 LTS migration

  Move core/ from containerd/v2 v2.2.7 to the 2.3 LTS line. Hard deadline: containerd 2.0 LTS (the last supported JSON-bootstrap line) reaches EOL in March 2027, after which no supported containerd line emits the legacy JSON bootstrap params a pre-2.3 daemon can parse. Requires raising the documented node containerd floor from 2.0+ to 2.3+. Checkpoint Nov 2026 (2.2 EOL) to re-check AKS/EKS node images. Skip 2.4 (regular release, EOL Apr 2027). See #66.
