Summary
Prepare Brewlet v0.5.0 by aligning the specification version, released CLI/plugin/chart examples, workshops, landing page, bug-report placeholder, and release-smoke defaults. Update the offline contracts to exercise 0.5.0.
Keep the CLI, chart, and Maven source version placeholders unchanged: the Release workflow injects the tag version into the published artifacts. Preserve the provenance verification floor at 0.3.1 and the existing historical release-version test fixtures. Correct the documented standalone operator image default to match its source, while retaining release-pinned examples and explaining Helm's digest override.

No runtime behavior changes in this preparation PR. The release includes the changes merged since v0.4.0.
After checks pass, merge this PR and create the annotated
v0.5.0tag on the merge commit. The existing Release workflow publishes multi-platform CLI archives, the Maven plugin JAR/POM, multi-architecture component images, the digest-pinned Helm chart, checksums, and provenance.The automatic Pages run after merge may fail its release smoke until the new artifacts exist. After publication, rerun Deploy website with
skip_release_smoke=false; do not bypass public download or provenance verification.Checklist
