The documentation generator ran on Travis CI, and the result is prominently linked in the repository description. This issue flags that it needs to be solved (again) via GitHub actions.
The stack used includes doxygen, some custom Python tooling, and publication to readthedocs. Some components are quite outdated.
There are no API changes since the previous release so I'll do a release without documentation updates for now.
