9 stars (close to our 10-star bar) but no commits since July 16. If there's been more activity/adoption since, let me know and I'll merge. |

Thanks for the submission, and sorry for the slow reply. I'm closing this as part of a batch cleanup of the PR queue. The inclusion criteria for this list have been tightened and written out explicitly: the bar is now evidence of adoption independent of the author — package downloads, forks/issues from other people, or an external reference. Recent commits, a polished README, and self-run benchmarks show effort rather than usage, so they no longer count on their own. This isn't a judgment on the quality of your project — it's that there isn't yet a signal I can point to that someone other than you is using it. That's a normal place for a new project to be. If it picks up real users, please do open a new PR — the new template asks for the specific numbers, so it should be quick to re-submit. Thanks for building in this ecosystem. |
Adds PickySteve — local-first skill router and context picker that wires into Codex CLI (TOML MCP config written by the one-command installer). Hybrid retrieval + rerank + LLM judge; fail-closed injection gate over request and retrieved docs.
