Add SandBase CLI to Codex setup tools - #96

Thanks for checking — those are fair concerns. I fixed the license metadata issue at the source: sandbaseai/cli#4 replaced the abbreviated notice with the canonical Apache-2.0 text, passed the full GitHub Actions validation job, and was merged. GitHub now detects the repository as Apache-2.0: The current main branch is green. The latest completed main run passed: The earlier failures were from the standalone-repository migration and README/package audit work; the fixes are now merged. The project is indeed new and currently has 0 stars — I do not want to obscure that. The listing is based on its implemented Codex integration, published npm package, and test coverage rather than popularity. If your list has a minimum-star policy, I understand; otherwise the entry gives Codex users a discoverable setup tool while the project is early. |

Thanks for the honest explanation and for fixing the CI issues! Our list prioritizes projects with established community traction and real-world adoption. Since it's still in the early stages, we’ll hold off on listing it for now. Feel free to re-submit once it gains more community feedback and adoption. Good luck with the project! |
