Notes for devs on this repo

• .gitmodules controls any git submodules, try not to change it if you dont know what you are doing.
• Run php composer.phar update to get all the files required to run this project locally
• Run git submodules update to get all the submodules tied into this project (Some of the repos I dont think you can make edits to though...)
