How to use Singularity to run hmm_flagger_end_to_end_with_mapping.wdl.

Hi there,
I followed the steps outlined here
https://github.com/mobinasri/flagger/tree/main/test_wdls/toil_on_slurm#running-hmm_flagger_end_to_end_with_mappingwdl-on-test-datasets
for running hmm_flagger_end_to_end_with_mapping.wdl on test datasets, where Docker is invoked by default. I have already pulled several Singularity images: bio_base_latest.sif, flagger-v1.2.0.sif, long_read_aligner_v1.1.0.sif, and secphase_v0.4.4.sif. However, I am unsure how to use these images with your workflow. Do you have any suggestions?
