invalid command

Just install this bundle on fresh OSX Lion, the beautify code feature is working, however, all changed is not.
I followed the instruction to install needed gems, with sudo (system-wise) and without sudo (for current user) since I am using rvm, but nothing helps :(
What command is trying to find? may be there is some path issues?

I must admit I never really used this command, and a quick check reveals it doesn't work on my machine either.

Since I don't use the 'all changed' feature I don't plan to fix this and will push a new version of the bundle with this command removed later in the week.

However if you want to fork the project, and get this feature working then I would be happy to look at a pull request.
