This is a 'work in progress' PR to track the changes made to helm to get the
central-ledger:tigerbeetlebranch deploying and passing the golden path tests.Mainly it's updates to the central-ledger config file templates, since we've made the config validation more strict, and switching from
src->distto use the complied javascript of central-ledger.So far it's using a
central-ledger:local3docker image, but I'll update it to be the actualcentral-ledger:snapshot-tigerbeetleor whatever we call it soon.
