Bug 2045215 - [Perfherder][Comment_0] Alerts reassigned to a different summary are included in comment 0 when filing a new bug
Current template arguments for filing a bug, copying summary or adding a comment include all the alerts within a summary, irrespective of their status. Included a filter to only include acknowledged alerts or alerts that were reassigned to that summary.
