The release preflight rejected the populated Unreleased section because its heading contained an inline link. Use the exact heading expected by the release script and preserve the comparison URL as a reference link.
Edit the unreleased notes for consumers: shorten API inventories, link detailed guides, consolidate translation/dependency notes, remove internal lint configuration, and fold fixes to newly introduced constraints into their Added entries. Published 0.19.0 notes are unchanged.
