Feature Description
allowing a connected controller to be read as if they're physically attached joy-cons
Rationale
this is mainly for let's go pikachu and eevee. i'm aware there have been efforts to make a connected controller act as joy-cons connected via bluetooth, but this actually wouldn't be the best solution for these games specifically; in handheld mode, the games work with "normal" controls with attached joy-cons. this means that if a pro controller is spoofed as if they're attached joy-cons, you could actually play them normally in handheld mode with a bluetooth-connected controller (and potentially in docked mode with something like reverse-nx?)
the latter docked mode comment is also especially useful for people who can't play in handheld mode (personally, my switch's screen is completely non-functional), as if it works, it would allow this game to be played with standard controls in docked mode with a normal controller
Additional Details
honestly, i'm unsure if anything like this has been attempted? it feels really obvious (which is why i hadn't made this issue in the past), but i've done a decent amount of googling and haven't found anything like this. i was reluctant to make the issue because this really feels like something people would have already suggested and issues already been found ages ago, but i really don't think this has been suggested unless if i missed something really obvious
