Migration to Kernel 6.1

Modernization-step to hopefully solve latest PTP-issues.
Related issue is #11

Main Improvements:

• switch from 4.19.94-ti-r74 (2018-10) to 6.1.83-ti-r39 (2022-12)
• simplify device-tree (downward compatible)
• generalize GPIO-usage via sysfs (downward compatible) as gpiochip# is initialized async and order can change on newer kernel versions
• migrate to newer kernel API
• heavily improve safety of kMods init-phase
• migrate to newer pru support package (5.9 to 6.4) with different style of reserving interrupts
• resolve issue with OCMC-RAM that is used by shepherd-cache and power-management

TODO:

• deploy/roles/cleaning/defaults is still for 4.19
• update to pssp 6.5
