Composer core constraints bumped to ^14.3 as well; rector/composer tooling updates follow in subsequent commits.
rector/rector 2.6.0 (pulled in transitively) renamed/removed a couple of rule references used in rector.php's skip/prepared-sets config (strictBooleans param dropped, FirstClassCallableRector -> ArrayToFirstClassCallableRector) - updated alongside the level set bump.
Second rector pass caught one more file (multi-pass ordering) after the Phase 3 checkpoint.
…age generation TYPO3 v14 throws InvalidRequestUrlOnCliException when fromGlobals() cannot derive a request URL from $_SERVER on CLI. The generated URI was immediately overwritten with the site base anyway, so build the ServerRequest directly.
