The scrolly section was a fixed dark-indigo panel with cream cards. It now uses --sc-* tokens: Neuromatch neutrals in light mode, a restated set under .dark, brand colours from --nma-brand-* (so nma.brand recolours it) and the editable cells' syntax colours. Adds guard tests for the tokens.
