Undocumented feature: divide controller callbacks by / ?

Macaw is splitting the callback for controllers that have this form "\controllers\ControllerX@action" using "/" which is a character that doesn't appear in controller based callbacks. So I'm not sure if this is an undocumented feature or is code that can be removed.
