project.clj's behind on a few deps, bumped them. Also loosened the timing assertions in
applicative_test,manifold_test,iterative_scheduling_test, andlazy_scheduling_test- they were asserting an async/sync timing delta within an 8ms window around a 1-2s value, which flakes under normal jitter. Ran the suite 5x clean after the change.
