There used to be a bug where if I set disable obf programatically it'd disable it instead, not sure if that has been fixed or what, but I'm not taking any chances
To support Java 25
The dependency got moved to cloth-config which causes compile error since we don't depends on cloth-config. REF: shedaniel/RoughlyEnoughItems#1628 (comment)
They should really check if the interface even exists
