Release 17.0.5 and fix app icon proportions

Summary

• Rebuild the AppIcon set on Apple's macOS grid: an 824px rounded shape (radius 185) centered on a transparent 1024px canvas, with a soft drop shadow.
• The old icons were full-bleed, and the 1024px image had opaque black corners. The 1024px image also used different art from the smaller sizes. On macOS 26+, this put the icon inside a gray container.
• Bump the version to 17.0.5 (build 1705).

Verification

• Local Developer ID archive and export succeeded.
• Local notarization and stapling succeeded for the app and the DMG. spctl reports accepted, source=Notarized Developer ID.
• The compiled AppIcon.icns has transparent corners and a margin of about 10% at every size.
