Use Postman in order to invoke the process.
2.1 Create a new Post request with the following end point: https://localhost:44348/api/Upload/Upload
2.2 In the request's Body, choose form-data and then choose 'file' as VALUE
2.3 Select the included video.

Final result will be found in ypur %AppData%\Artlist\Uploaded Files folder.
P.S. Didn't get the chance to work on the front end of things or Multibit rate HLS/DB parts of back end.
