Complete Traditional Chinese translation

GitHub does not support formal stacked pull requests across forks. Until #1438 is merged, this PR's comparison against master also contains the lower Keep S3 commit. The translation-only diff is available in the branch comparison. After #1438 lands, this branch will be rebased onto the updated upstream master and force-pushed so this PR contains only the translation commit.

Summary

• complete the Traditional Chinese (zh-rTW) Android string resource with 784 translated entries
• replace machine-like or Mainland Chinese wording in the previous partial translation with idiomatic Traditional Chinese terminology
• preserve all previously available resource keys while adding current untranslated UI strings
• include translations for the new Keep S3 measurement fields introduced by Add Keep S3 scale support #1438, including skeletal muscle percentage, lean soft tissue, dual-frequency phase angle, device impedance, estimated body age, and BMI 22 reference weight

User impact

Traditional Chinese users receive substantially broader UI coverage and more consistent terminology across navigation, measurement types, settings, dialogs, accessibility descriptions, import/export, insights, and Bluetooth workflows.

Validation

• XML parsed successfully
• 784 string resources
• no duplicate resource names
• no previously translated keys dropped
• no formatting-placeholder mismatches with the default English resources
• ./gradlew :app:clean :app:testDebugUnitTest :app:assembleDebug — passed (374 tests, no failures)
• git diff --check — passed

The existing aapt warnings about locale-only strings originate from other language resource files and are unchanged by this PR.
