What changed in this PR
Updates GitHub Actions workflows to use Temurin Java 25 for builds, analysis, snapshots, and releases.
Changes:

Moves CI, CodeQL, snapshot publication, and release builds to the latest Java 25 patch while keeping the workflow configuration on a stable LTS major.
Java setup step names are version-neutral so future Renovate updates cannot leave stale labels. The existing Renovate best-practices preset keeps these bare-major values on LTS releases.
