Summary
Fixes #102 by adding a linux riscv64gc target to the existing maturin wheel build matrix. This allows the release workflow to produce a prebuilt linux_riscv64 wheel for supported RISC-V users instead of requiring a local source build.
Validation
git diff --checkCI.ymlparsed successfully with Ruby YAML parser.linuxmaturin matrix; hosted RISC-V wheel build validation remains pending CI.
