feat: ship lightweight Typeforge 0.2.0

Summary

• remove the repository logo and source maps from the npm artifact
• minify production JavaScript and enforce a strict package size/file boundary
• remove completed openapi-codegen migration compatibility and documentation
• prepare the clean Typeforge-only 0.2.0 release

Package size

• before: 1,113,501 packed bytes / 1,384,311 unpacked bytes / 36 files
• after: 24,426 packed bytes / 84,280 unpacked bytes / 19 files
• packed reduction: 97.8%

Verification

• pnpm verify
• 56 test files and 305 tests passed
• package boundary check confirms no assets, source maps, or unexpected files
