Feature request: watch mode in oxc-node

Hello.

Is it possible to have a "watch" mode? My team currently uses tsx.is watch-mode to run our local development servers. If oxc-node could have a similar feature, it would be easier for us to switch over to this tool.

For watch mode, the expected restart boundary should be defined early. Does it watch only imported TS/JS files, or also tsconfig, package exports, env files, and loader options? A useful first version could debounce file changes, clear the transform cache, and restart the entrypoint with the same args, with tests for both source edits and config edits.
