Fixed in a539152 and 96798b9. The upgrade breaks packages/bench. TypeScript 7 is the native compiler, and its main entry only exports version. ts.transpileModule, ScriptTarget and ModuleKind are gone, and the bench uses all three in index.ts. I reverted the bench's typescript to ^6.0.3 in package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml. The root typescript stays on ^7.0.2. I also added a Renovate rule in .github/renovate.json that holds the bench at <7, so this PR won't be reopened. I didn't run the bench or any tests, since node_modules isn't installed here.
