We're going to add another (wire-compatible, but still) version in an upcoming change. We have a really nice structure for how to do this with
SledAgentConfig-- follow the same approach forArtifactConfig.Fix a bug along the way, where
Ledger::newturned a parsing failure into a supposedly-absent config. (Should this be fixed inLedger::new?)
