- SCP-9049 is an invisible, unknown limit on the total number of human teeth that can exist on Earth at any given time, estimated to be around 7 trillion. If this number is exceeded, no new teeth, including baby teeth, adult teeth, or even unusual anomalous teeth, will grow anywhere in the world, which led to a global dental crisis when the limit was first reached in 2049. To contain this, all teeth from dead bodies, lost baby teeth, and wisdom teeth must be collected and destroyed at special facilities, and the Foundation is even moving large quantities of collected teeth to the moon to prevent the limit from being hit again.

- Alice in Wonderland syndrome (AIWS), also known as Todd's syndrome, is a neurological condition that causes temporary distortions in how a person perceives the world and their own body. Despite the unsettling nature of its symptoms, AIWS is generally considered benign, with episodes typically lasting minutes to an hour and often resolving spontaneously or with treatment of any underlying conditions.
