Repository-specific templates live in each project repo (for example spec/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/).

Updating the organization profile

Edit profile/README.md, commit, and push to main. GitHub renders it on the org Overview tab within a minute or two.

The GitHub repo name must be exactly .github.
