PackageReleaseNotes still described the GetEntityInfoAsync and TicketNotes fixes from #41, which shipped in 1.1.27. Publishing the next version with them unchanged would advertise those fixes as new.

The notes now state what this release actually is:

• No functional change — behaves exactly as 1.1.27
• The base-class refactor from refactor: pull duplicated model fields into abstract base classes #50, and that every model still exposes the same properties with the same accessibility
• Recompiling dependants is recommended, since members now live on a base type
• The known private-setter defect, pointing at Properties with non-public setters are silently never deserialised #51
• The Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions minimum moving to 10.0.12
