I have been tinkering with this one now a while and so far i think its my favorite dots/shell. However there are some things that annoy me/i will have to fix in the future. So i thought ill leave some feedback.

1. Screen Recorder.

• The screen recorder is just fine however it doesnt capture the mic and theres no setting for it. Would be cool to hae a setting for it.
• The region recording doesnt work at all and seems to be broken.

2. Lock Screen

• I do like the qml lockscreen very much i just wish there would be more ways to customize it. For exmaple i am running a 4 monitor setup and i dont want to have the lcok and login stuff o all 4 i just want them on 1 aka my main monitor
• for some reason the qml lockscreen resets my mouse to my last monitor wich annoys me.
• I think this all can be fixed if there would be an option to set a "main-monitor" where the mouse will be forced to and the lockscreen can be bound to.
• Rn i had to manually edit the lockscreen.qml to force the input to be only on one monitor wich is a bit less ideal cause when this monitor changes at some point i cant login outside of tty :kekw:

3. More per monitor customisations.

• I like that we can limit the widgets to certain monitors but what if i want different widgets on different monitors ? having per monitor config would be nice.

4. search bar

• i would like to customize the position and filters of the search bar
• currently i have forced it to the center but the issue is here that it moves depending on how big the search result list is, a little bit less ideal

5. Alot of the actions dont work like <wallpaper
6. Wallpaper wallhaven doesnt seem to work well idk i feel like i just get really bad results, having more filters/options here would be nice
7. Spotify Volume mixer resets when you pause/play skip to the next song

If someone has any fixes for some mentioned issues let me know. And for OP pls dont see it as a demand, in the end all of it is fixable i just thought ill give feedback of my first experience.

i forgot about the screen recorder, having a setting for the codec would be nice. I dont know what it is rn but i genuinly prefer h.264 over h.265 cause discord is iffy with h.265 on some machines it stutters/doesnt play
