strtol's end pointer says whether the whole thing was a number, so the digit loop isn't needed.

Adds an option to send the phone's camera to the remote machine for the session. Android asks for camera permission before connecting.
Stacked on #20. The diff also includes the reconnect, microphone, options and gateway commits underneath it until those merge.
Builds. Not checked with a live camera.
