that was there to track down the clipboard refusal. the copy runs from its own screen now, so the lines are just noise.

Moves the session log to its own screen, with copy and share buttons. Copy runs from that screen, so the clipboard takes it. Also removes the focus-related log lines from the copy path.
Replaces #11, which is closed. Builds.
