Hi, I'm Philippe

Software engineer working in applied AI and agentic systems. Based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, UK.

Completing the University of Oxford's AI Engineering programme (Jan–Apr 2026). Earlier: founder and software engineer at Two Hours Sleep Ltd since 2018, with a full-stack delivery background before that.

What I'm working on

  • ai-coding-workflow - governance and telemetry for AI coding agents. Workflow rules, spec-driven scaffolding, and an evaluation pipeline that measures workflow effectiveness across local repositories.
  • agentWorld - isometric multi-agent environment where three NPCs make autonomous decisions via Claude, with persistent memory, goals, and runtime code generation under explicit safety constraints.
  • ai-running-coach - local-first Strava coach. FastAPI + Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker Compose. Spec-driven build with SPEC.md and ARCHITECTURE.md.
